Sheffield No Frills Entries 2020

Hi All,

Entries for the No Frills Meet held at Ponds Forge, Sheffield on Saturday 30th & Sunday 31st May will be taken on Monday 24th February. This meet will be age as at 31st May 2020 (Open to ages 9 years +).

Swimmers are advise to enter no more than 3 events per session.

50m - All Strokes

100m - All Strokes

200m - All Strokes

200m - IM

Swimmers must not have swum faster than the event's upper limit time in the 12 months preceding the gala. Upper time limits can be found in the meet pack below. Those swimmers who have not competed in an event before can use the standard times formula to get an estimated time.
