Sheffield No Frills Entries 2024

Hi all,

Entries for the No Frills Meet held at Ponds Forge, Sheffield on Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th May are now open online.

Any swimmers who have qualified for NER's, should not repeat the same stroke and events at the No Frills Meet.

Entries will close at 9:30pm on Monday 19th February. This meet will be age as at 26th May (Open to ages 9 years +).

Swimmers are advised to enter no more than 3 events per session.

Swimmers must not have swum faster than the event's upper limit time in the 12 months preceding the gala. Upper time limits can be found in the meet pack below. Those swimmers who have not competed in an event before can use the standard times formula to get an estimated time.
