Training Changes - May 2024

Hi all,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during May due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Monday 6th May - TBC (Bank Holiday)

Friday 10th May - 18:30 - 19:30 (NER Swimmers), Normal for rest of squad

Saturday 11th May - 06:15 - 7:45 (Long Course) (Earlier time due to NER's)

Monday 13th May - No Am Training (Swimmers who have competed in NER's)

Normal (Swimmers who have not competed at NER's)

Friday 24th May - 18:30 - 19:30 (1 hour only)

Saturday 25th May - No Training (Squad competing at Sheffield No Frills)

Monday 27th May - No Training (Recovery/ Bank Holiday)
