Regional Age Group Start The Season On A High

We were very impressed with the amount of PB's achieved over the last few weekends and the high level of swimming skills during your races. Usually this time of year, in early season it is great if swimmers can match their PB's, but you all seem to be dropping big already. Excellent swimming. 😃

Over the next few weeks please make sure you push yourself on the underwater kicking out of the turns. Underwater kicking is the 5th swimming stroke and is very important part of the race. Crack this skill and you will almost guarantee yourself a bunch of PB's and bump yourself up a few places at the next competition.
