Training Changes - November

Hi all,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during November due to pool bookings, competitions and the temporary closure of Kirkstall Leisure Centre

Regional Development

Friday 31st October - 18:30 - 19:30 for NER swimmers only, none NER swimmers will train as normal

Saturday 1st November AM – No training for NER swimmers, 06:00 - 07:30 (Dive Pit) for none NER swimmers

Monday 3rd November AM - No training for NER swimmers, normal training for none NER swimmers

Saturday 8th November - No training for swimmers in the Autumn Development Meet, normal training for everyone else.

Friday 21st November – 18:00 – 19:00 (this is due to Kirkstall being closed so we are having to move around to accommodate County/RFT squads)

Saturday 22nd November - 05:30 - 06:45am (earlier time due to Doncaster Dartes Meet)

Friday 28th November - 18:00 - 19:00 (earlier time - just 1 hour)

Saturday 29th November - No training (Squad competing at Sheffield Snow Frills)

Monday 1st December - No training (Recovery after Snow Frills)
