Training Cancellation

On Thursday 31st March our PM session (7.00 - 8.30pm) will be cancelled due to the Aquatics facilities closing at 6.30pm. Morning training will be on as normal. Please try to make up the missed session by attending an additional work out during the week. Hope you all have a nice night off.
