A Great NER's

After two long tiring weekends of competing in Sunderland, you all stepped up and got stuck into your races challenging some of the best swimmers in the North East

Regional Development achieved a total of 14 PB's out of 17 swims and 1 Final Swim.

Oscar Hu (10th - 50m Fly)

Regional Performance achieved a total of 62 PB's out of 104 swims, 12 Final Swims (2 of which were swum faster in the final), 1 Gold , 4 Silver's and 11 Bronze Medals.

Angus Yo (7^th - 100m Fly, 8th - 50m Fly & 9th - 100m Fly), Oscar O'Do (7th - 50m Fly & 8th - 200m Fly), Owen Te (8th - 50m Freestyle), Taya Wi (8th - 100m Freestyle), Penny Da (9th - 50m Back), Noah Da (9th - 400m IM, 10th - 50m Freestyle & 10th 100m Back), Elouise An (10th - 50m Breast)

Overall Leeds came away with

52 Gold

27 Silver

36 Bronze

ASANER Age Group Championships 2023

In the run up to the Welsh Nationals and the Sheffield Summer Meet please try and attend as many sessions as possible to ensure your body is prepared as much as possible for the event.
