Rotherham Springtime Meet & Training Changes

Hi all,

Below are the details and arrival times for those swimmers competing this weekend at Ponds Forge, Sheffield. Please also note the training changes due to both squads competing.

Regional Development & Regional Performance

Friday 12th May Pm = 18:30 - 19:30 (Just 1 hour for those swimmers competing at NER's or Rotherham)

Saturday 13th May Am = No Training

Monday 15th May Am = No Am Training (Recovery)
